Thanksgiving Sliders are a sweet and savory way to use up your holiday leftovers! These delicious baked turkey sandwiches are loaded with layers of stuffing, cranberry sauce and leftover turkey.

I like to make more food than I know we actually need just so I can enjoy all the yummy leftover recipes. These leftover turkey sliders use up several traditional thanksgiving dinner dishes including turkey, leftover stuffing and leftover cranberry sauce. Who doesn’t love a cute mini sandwich?

You can also make them even when it isn’t the holidays and are craving comfort food. They are a fabulous game day recipe!

Ingredients

  • Sweet Hawaiian Rolls
  • Stuffing – You can use prepared stuffing mix if you aren’t making this recipe after Thanksgiving day. I love my mom’s recipe for stuffing. So good!
  • Leftover turkey – Use carved deli turkey if you aren’t using leftovers to make this recipe.
  • Cranberry sauce – Try this homemade cranberry sauce or used a canned cranberry sauce.
  • Dijon mustard
  • Salted melted butter
  • Minced dried onion
  • Poppy seeds

How to Make Thanksgiving Leftover Sliders

  • Step One: Preheat oven to 350°F. Slice the rolls in half and lay the bottom half in a 9×13 inch baking dish.
  • Step Two: Spread the stuffing on the bottom rolls.
  • Step Three: Layer the turkey on top of the stuffing.

  • Step Four: In a small bowl, mix together cranberry sauce and 1 ½ tsp Dijon mustard. Spread mixture on top of the turkey.
  • Step Five: Place the top rolls on top in the baking pan.
  • Step Six: Add melted butter, 1 ½ tsp Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, dried onion and poppy seeds to a bowl and stir to combine.
  • Step Seven: Spoon the butter mixture all over the tops of the rolls.
  • Step Eight: Bake for 15 minutes or until the tops of the rolls are golden.
  • Step Nine: Let cool slightly and cut each roll to serve.

  • No slider buns? You can also use dinner rolls.

Ingredients

  • 12 count Hawaiian rolls
  • 2 cups prepared stuffing mix
  • 1 cup carved style deli turkey or leftover turkey
  • 1 cup cranberry sauce
  • 3 tsp Dijon mustard divided
  • 6 tbsp salted butter melted
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tsp minced dried onion
  • 2 tsp poppy seeds

Instructions
