Do you need to continually rub in X Out® while you are washing for two minutes, or can the product be left on the face for two minutes after rubbing onto skin?
For the best results when used as a traditional cleanser, X Out Wash-In Treatment should be massaged into the skin for two minutes in order to effectively wash the medicine into pores to help kill the bacteria that causes breakouts. X Out Wash-In Treatment can also be used as a spot treatment or mask, in addition to the daily treatment. When used as spot treatment or mask leave on for 10 minutes and wash off with warm water. Benzoyl peroxide does have some bleaching properties, so you should consider using plain white bedding, towels and washcloths to avoid discoloration. For great results, use as a daily cleanser twice a day in the morning and the night.

There’s a high-level of BPO in X Out; will this dry or irritate skin?
X Out Wash-In Treatment is sulfate free formulated with cleansers derived from coconut oil to help minimize dryness. It also contains omega fatty acids designed to protect and moisturize skin. But as with all skincare products featuring active ingredients, skin irritation may occur. Irritation may be reduced by using the product less frequently. Users should stop use and ask a doctor if irritation becomes severe and use a broad-spectrum SPF 30 sunscreen when going outdoors.
