We had to manage an International shipment to US and Theresa was my linked. She followed the communication quickly and clear entirely in English. I was really glad to have her support service to help with the resolution of requests during the entire shipment process. We use TG quite often to book shipment and the customer service is always available, helpful and quick to solve problems.

I required my passport delivering from Germany to the UK next day delivery on a Saturday. After speaking with a number of couriers Transglobal Express were the best. Not only did my passport get delivered next day on a weekend with no problems and at a great price, Theresa D who handled my experience was amazing from start to finish. She guided me through the process from start to finish and regularly called and emailed to update me, Thank you so much Theresa you were great and you really got my out of a tricky situation. I am so grateful. I would highly recommend using this service and I definitely will again. 10/10.

Great experience - professional, fast, easy to use. I have used transglobal express multiple times to ship transatlantic. The website is easy to use, there are plenty of choices, and shipment has always been picked-up and delivered on time. Great way to save on costs. Definitely recommend.

I was so stressed about packing all my boxes on time for pick up and was confused by what I needed to do.
I opened chat and spoke to Teresa who explained everything I needed to know in a very fast concise and friendly manor completely calming me down. All customer service should be like this!! A+++++

Have been using reliably for a few months. GOOD service and help when you need it. Tried another competitor with slightly cheaper prices and the customer service was abysmal! You get what you pay for.

Since three months my package is stuck in warehouse in UK UPS, I have asked for it to be send back in February I have paid the custom tax.
After contacting on my own UPS UK; They have informed me that Transglobal DID not transfer the amount of custom tax to their account and there for the package can't be send back to Germany. The Transglobal claims UPS is not answering their mails.So in short I have lost over 300€ over lousy service from TRANSGLOBAL. Theri answer always is a wague and without any facts.
