Nutella Hot Chocolate is a treat I am enjoying right now. This easy hot chocolate recipe has a delicious flavor and is perfect for cold days and evenings.

Hot chocolate is a favorite cold weather drink and we make different versions every year. Creamy Nutella comes together with warm milk for a fantastic treat for Nutella lovers.

This one is made extra special by adding some Nutella spread. Have you ever added Nutella to hot cocoa? If you haven't and you love Nutella, you must try this. I love all things Nutella and have made Nutella Cookies, Nutella Mug Cakes, Stuffed Nutella Cookiesand Nutella Pastries, but this is the easiest Nutella recipe ever.

This hot cocoa with Nutella recipe is super simple to make, and it makes a really special warm drink for winter. .It is hazelnut goodness in a mug!

I suggest making this on the stove top as it just takes a few minutes and you want the chocolate to really warm up. But you can also make this in your slow cooker if you are making a big batch for a crowd. Everyone will love the Nutella flavor!

Ingredients For Nutella Hot Chocolate

milk - I use 2%, but you can use whole milk or even a dairy-free milk if you want.
cocoa powder
Nutella
sugar
mini marshmallows (optional)

It is so good and tasty! I do not like adding additional sugar but you can if you want it a little sweeter. You can serve it in a clear mug for a delicious hot chocolate!

Recipe Variations, Notes and Substitutions

• Top with whipped cream or marshmallows and some chocolate sprinkles or chocolate shavings.
• For a richer drink, add 2 tablespoons of heavy cream.
