Assembling Your Retractable Banner
All stand-up banners come attached to the stand with an adhesive. The retractable stand is made of durable, lightweight aluminum. The banner and attached stand come in a free carrying case, along with other accessories needed to set up the entire retractable banner. Here’s how you can assemble the different parts:

1. Place the base on the ground then rotate the feet out by 90 degrees.
2. Connect the support poles to one another. Insert them into the slot at the top of the base.
3. Lift the header bar then pull the banner up from the base from an angle. Do not pull the banner up perpendicular from the ground.
4. Hook the top header bar into the slot located at the end of the pole.

Does my order come with a replacement banner?
No, we do not include a replacement banner but the poly film material is already attached to the aluminum stand upon delivery. The banner assembled to the stand, header bar, and support poles all come in an easy to carry travel bag.
Do the indicated sizes measure the banner after it’s been assembled and displayed?
The available sizes only cover the display area of the banner. The measurements do not include the dimensions for the stand and the other banner accessories after assembly.
Can I print a design on both sides?
We only offer one-sided printing, as the back or gray side will hold the stand. The backside is also colored gray for high opacity, bringing out all the details of your displayed design.
Can I use my retractable banner outdoors?
No, our pop-up banners are designed for indoor use only. If you need a sign suitable for the outdoors, our deluxe retractable banners have an outdoor option.
